A Special Request from our Ballet
Instructor at Cypress College
Instructor: Candace Weidman.
Our instructor really wants to
teach your children ballet! Sometimes
the instructor finds her class
time devoted to other distractions.
We are asking parents to help us:
- Please
make sure your child uses the
restroom before attending ballet
class.
-
Parents
are NOT allowed in the Dance
Studio. A dance recital will
be held the last class; family
and friends are encouraged
to attend this recital.
Registration List for Violin &
Gymnastics Continuing Students
The advanced classes are for Kids'
College continuing students and
by instructor recommendation. Please
check with office staff at the
time of registration for proper
placement in more advanced classes
of Kids' College Violin and Gymnastics
classes.
Kids'
College Gymnastics Classes I &
II at Cypress College
The prerequisite for Gymnastics
II classes are that the student
must have completed the Kids' College
Gymnastics I class, and be recommended
for advancement by the instructor.
Gymnastics II Classes
are not open to new students.
If your child has completed a beginning
program at another facility, the
instructors have asked that you
enroll your child in the Gymnastics
I class; the instructor will then
assess your child's gymnastic ability
and will try to have the child
in the proper level by the second-class
meeting.
For safety purposes, instructors
are the only personnel
authorized to assist students on
gymnastic equipment. For the safety
of your children and for liability
purposes, parents are not allowed
to assist children on gymnastic
equipment. Any parent disregarding
these regulations will be warned
once. Should there be a second
incident, the instructor may terminate
the student from the class—there
will be no refund of paid tuition.
